Lovely, fully-furnished two bedroom apartment (80 m2) is an ideal summer residence for 3 to 5 people. It is situated in Kas, lower Cerciler. It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk down to the center of the city with its shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches. On the way back if you are tired you can take a bus which circulates every 20 minutes and in 5-10 minutes you will be at home. You can find yourself in the turquoise refreshing waters at the famous Buyuk Cakil beach after 15-20 minutes’ walk along a quiet road between pine trees. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment, what is more on Tuesdays there is an open bazaar (street market) where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits at the best price in Kas. 

The apartment is newly renovated. All doors, windows and furniture are wooden; all fitted furniture is made of wood and marble. Real Parquet Floor.

Now I will take you for a virtual tour. Be my guest. When you pass a small smart garden and go up to the first floor you will see a separate entrance to my apartment. From spacious corridor there are four doors: 1) WC and a lavatory basin, 2) bathroom with a bath-tub cabin, washing machine, lavatory basin and big water heater, 3) kitchen with fitted furniture, a table for 3 persons, big fridge and all cooking appliances and dishware, there is also a balcony with a table and chairs, 4) living room consisting of two parts, one is with sofa set in  Ottoman style with a table and the other is a dining group for 6 persons. The room is air-conditioned.

From the living room you can pass to two bed-rooms. One with a single bed, big wardrobe and a cabinet; there is the second balcony here (at summer I always prefer to sleep at the balcony). The second bedroom has a double bed and two wardrobes. There is an additional cooling fan which you can use at hot summer days and nights.

With unlimited wireless internet connection you will stay in touch with the whole world. But sorry, there is no TV set, although satellite dish is available.
